Tommy McCook is no newcomer to the local scene. He has been in recent years one of the leading exponents of Rocksteady, Ska and Soul music generally.
Tommy McCook's band, The Supersonics is regarded as one of the most explosive sound where Rocksteady is concerned. He has been recording for Duke Reid on the Treasure Isle label.
"Come Rock With Me In Jamaica" has a good array of local talent and includes such favourites as Joya Landis, Alton Ellis, Phyllis Dillon, and The Jamaicans singing that delightful tune "Woman Go Home".
