Listening to an LP is a combination of music and cover artwork.
This "Officially" artwork I like a lot, because of the colourful psychedelic drawing. The music on this debut album is not psychedelic reggae, it is more soul influenced. Lloyd Parks has a voice from heaven (just like Leroy Sibbles from the Heptones, Tabby from the Mighty Diamonds, and some other reggae singers).
One song apart from "Officially" really stands out, which is "Slaving", a passioned, moving song about the struggles of a working man. It has been much versioned and I-Roy made a brilliant deejay cut of it, entitled "Blackman Time".
