Pablo Gad is a roots reggae wailer who began recording in England in the late 1970s. Pablo released some

tuff politically charged records before all but disappearing from the recording industry.

In 1993 Reggae On Top released a compilation of Pablo Gad tunes that were recorded between 1977 and 1980, packaged as The Best of Pablo Gad. Shortly thereafter, Pablo Gad released some new material on Reggae On Top. Pablo Gad increased his output around the turn of the century with releases on Reggae On Top, Conscious Sounds, and King Earthquake and 2006 see's the re-issue of his classic recording Hard Times on Soul Village. The time has come to revisit the works of Pablo Gad and the crucial recordings he has offered the world during the past three decades.
