The Grove Music label was founded in 1977 in the UK by R. Plummer, Michael Campbell and King Sounds, in association with Vivian "Yabby You" Jackson... The label was prolific until 1979 then, the label continued under license by Grove Music to edit under the name of "Grove Muzik" for Island Records.
